Saddlebrook has invested in the natural wildlife within the area by upgrading the parks and dams for residents and wildlife. Since having upgraded our dams we have seen the return of terrapins, Egyptian geese and many bullfrogs along with a vast range of birdlife.
Saddlebrook is also home to a pair of wild jackal who have recently had two male pups and can normally be heard calling out or spotted wondering at night as they are very timid animals.

FIRST FRIDAY'S SOCIAL EVENT
Saddlebrook Clubhouse & Bar hosts a social function on every First Friday of the month where residents are able to meet and socialize with neighbors as well as bring some friends to enjoy the estate's facilities.
One is always met with scrumptious food, vibey music and excellent bar service upon arrival and is a great way for residents and kids to get to know one another within the estate.

CHILDREN'S BIKE CLINIC
A very successful bike clinic was recently held in Saddlebrook Estate making use of our mountain bike track in the park.
There was a tremendous turn-out as everyone wanted to brush up on their skills with the Certified Bike Instructor.

Kids and parents had great fun and enjoyed burgers and cool drinks after the clinic at the clubhouse along with prizegiving.
Definitely was a great way for kids to make new friends in the estate and many more events like this will be held in the foreseeable future!
HALLOWEEN
Saddlebrook's most recent event was Halloween. Held on October 30th for all the kids of the estate to dress up and trick or treat!
The park was transformed into a scary haunted forest where only the brave walked through. Saddlebrook had animated statues and live characters scaring unsuspecting walkers.
After tick-or-treating, children and parents met up at the clubhouse for the afterparty where prizes for best dressed were won.
Food was catered for by PortuGeek and Saddlebrook's Bar was open as well as many treats left on spread for the residents.
